We at Vision of Grace Transition Home (501c3) cannot tell you how proud we are to be an organization that many have trusted and supported over the last 15 years to help homeless families reposition themselves. Ninety-eight (98%) of our families have successfully completed our program and gone on to self-sustained lives with some moving into single-family homes.
How do we do what we do?
With generous donations like yours, we utilize a single-family home to provide safe, stable housing with all the amenities that a home should have. The families remain in our program for a period of 3 - 4 months on average and save their funds from work for the time that they will transition to their own home. We take care of their expenses except for a nominal maintenance fee that starts at $25 when they move in.
